We’re temporarily extending the cooling off period

1 April – 29 June

With so much uncertainty in the world, we wanted to give you some more breathing room to dream, plan and decide on your next trip.

So, we’re temporarily extending the cooling off period for new bookings that are outside of Final Payment.

The standard cooling-off period is 2 weeks from booking date, but for this period:

Any booking made between 1 April and 29 June

 → You can cancel at any time up until 29 June (or Final Payment Date, whichever is first).

 → You will receive your deposit refunded in full

This does not apply past Final Payment Date.

If the Final Payment Date for a trip is before June 29th, that is when the cooling off period ends.
